Shipping Policy
1. The products ordered will be dispatched within 1-3 working days (Monday - Saturday excluding public holidays) from the order date.
2. Expected delivery timeline is 3-4 business days from the date of dispatch for orders within Tamil Nadu and 5-8 business days for other States.
3. Please note that courier is a third-party service and we don’t have full control over them. If you didn’t receive the product within the mentioned timeline, kindly reach out to us and we will do the needful.
Return Policy
1. The products sold on mughai.in are not eligible for a refund.
2. In case of the wrong colour/size is delivered from what you ordered, we will arrange for a return and exchange.
3. The product should be returned in its original condition with the packaging. It should be unused, unaltered, unsoiled, and unwashed.
4. The exchange will be shipped after the inspection of the received product.
